I don’t like the taste of fish and I can taste the fish oil in fish based omega3 capsules. This vegan supplement is perfect. It has Omega 3 and DHA which is a good combination. Good value for money for 60 capsules. I have already recommended them to various family and friends.

This is a superb product!
I don’t think people generally know that omega 3 in the form of EPA is generally not vegetarian and comes from fish oil. But fish get theirs by their diet. So getting a company that has extracted the EPA from source means we can benefit from ‘fish oil’ supplements now, without consuming fish.
People with ADHD who are vegetarian, like myself, require extra omega 3 in the form of EPA. Having used it now for a few months I can definitely say it has helped normalise my thought processes. This, along with a range of other vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements has transformed my life.
I went to ALA only flaxseed oil for a couple of days and could really tell the difference. I started getting more affected by the ADHD: more irritable, thoughts speeding up again.
Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid with all manner of health benefits. But for vegetarians, it has been near impossible to get the full range required for optimum health. I’m delighted to have found this supplement and would urge anyone who is vegetarian or vegan to consider its use.

I'm not a vegan but as fish stock purity seems questionable these days, it is nice to have this good quality alternative - and no fishy after burp! Was delighted to find that bodykind were stocking it.

I feel so much better taking these vegan omegas instead of fish oil. As a transitioning vegan this was important to me and I know that omegas are essential to good health. Only down side is the price :/

Nice vegan alternative to fish oil. Hard to tell if it is making any difference but it's important to get these essential nutrients. A bit expensive but about the same price as good fish oil alternative.

I am vegan so am making sure I get plenty of omegas. Great that there are plant based alternatives such as this one. No need to consume fish oil and destroy the environment. I am sure this supplement of good fatty acids is doing its job. Feeling great!
